The Ink-Blue FRP Softener Tank is designed for small to medium-sized water softening systems, featuring models from 817 to 1665. Specifically, this includes the commonly available and most frequently used sizes: 817, 844, 1054, 1252, 1354, 1465, and 1665.
Each tank is made with a food-grade polyethylene (PE) inner liner and fiberglass-reinforced outer shell, ensuring corrosion resistance, leak-proof performance, and lightweight durability.

All Ink-Blue tanks are NSF, CE, and ASME certified, making them suitable for potable water, industrial treatment, and residential softening applications.

Ink-Blue FRP tanks follow a standardized volume formula based on cylinder geometry:

Volume (L) = π × (Diameter/2)² × Height × 0.001

However, when used for filtration or softening, the effective filter media capacity (resin, sand, or carbon) is typically 60–70% of total tank volume to allow for backwash expansion and air gap.

Example for model 1054:

• Total volume = 61.8 L
• Resin fill = ~60% × 61.8 = 37 L ≈ 35 kg resin
