Application of Filters

Cartridge filter housings are widely used in drinking water, domestic water, electronics, printing and dyeing textiles, environmental protection, medicine, and other industries, water filtration, alcohol filtration, pharmaceutical filtration, acid-base filtration, reverse osmosis electrodialysis, etc.

Installation Instructions

●Thoroughly clean the filter housing to ensure that it is clean and free of impurities.

●Connect the water inlet and outlet of the filter housing to the filtration system pipeline, pay attention to the connection direction, and ensure that the filter element is in the state of water inlet from the outside and water outlet from the inside.

●Open the plastic bag at the open end of the filter element and confirm whether the O-ring is intact and properly positioned.

●Use an appropriate wetting agent (or water) to moisten the O-ring and the filter seat socket.

●Hold the end of the filter element close to the O-ring and vertically insert the filter element socket into the filter seat socket.

●After all the filter elements are installed, remove the filter element packaging bag, then buckle the pressure plate to fix it, and install the metal cover.

●Open the bleed valve on the top of the filter housing.

●Slowly open the inlet valve to allow liquid to enter the housing until the liquid overflows from the bleed valve on the top of the housing, and then close the bleed valve.

●Slowly adjust the downstream outlet valve to open until it is fully open.

●Slowly adjust the inlet valve to open until it is fully open, and observe the pressure drop between the upstream and downstream of the filter to 0.02MPA (determine the initial pressure drop based on the flow rate).

Filter housing can install all materials and all precision's cartridges with a quantity of 3 or 5pcs, with an inside diameter is 28-30mm, and an outside diameter is 60-70mm.
The highest working temperature is 45℃, The size of the two holes in the lid of the filter housing is G1/4". If the thread of the pressure gauge is metric standard, should add an adaptor.
