The FRP Sand Filter Vessel 1865 is a high-strength, corrosion-resistant pressure tank designed for industrial and commercial water treatment applications. Constructed from fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) with a polyethylene liner, it ensures long-term durability and chemical resistance in harsh environments such as desalination, power plants, and municipal filtration systems.

With a diameter of 18 inches (460 mm) and a height of 65 inches (1660 mm), this model offers a total capacity of 235 liters (61 gallons)-ideal for mid-sized filtration systems. It can operate safely under 150 PSI (1.03 MPa) and 50°C, maintaining stable performance for more than 10 years.

Opening and base:

The 1865 model features a 4-inch opening and a reinforced plastic round base. The opening can be configured as a single top opening or a double opening (top and bottom). Both options are the same price; the addition of a bottom opening is to facilitate pipe connections and filter media loading.
