The 1354 FRP Vessel is a high-performance pressure tank constructed using composite materials with FRP filament winding technology. Withstanding pressure, the tank is designed to endure rigorous conditions, undergoing a cycle test of 250,000 times from 10 PSI to 150 PSI. Additionally, it undergoes a burst test of up to four times its operating pressure. Depending on the tank diameter, the liner wall thickness ranges from 5.0mm to 12mm, providing flexibility to suit different requirements. Meanwhile, the reinforced composites used in its construction make the tank approximately one-third the weight of steel tanks. This feature simplifies handling and installation while maintaining the tank's strength and performance.
Features of 1354 FRP vessel tank

The effects of negative pressure in FRP vessel tanks
Under normal circumstances, the pressure inside the FRP tank should be equal to the pressure of the external environment. If negative pressure occurs in a fiberglass tank, that is, the internal pressure is lower than the external environmental pressure, the following consequences may occur:
1. Affects structural integrity: Filter tanks are usually designed to withstand external pressure. If negative pressure occurs inside, it may adversely affect the tank structure. Negative pressure may cause the tank to deform, crack, or break.
2. Leakage and Leakage: Negative pressure can cause problems with poor tank seals, causing gas or liquid to leak or seep out of the tank. This may result in product loss, environmental contamination, or safety risks.
Therefore, the impact of negative pressure conditions on FRP tanks should be regarded as an abnormal situation and needs to be identified and resolved as soon as possible.
