The filter material is generally loaded into about 70% volume of the tank, and the operating pressure is preferably between 0.2MP and 0.5MP. If it is less than 0.2MP, the backwash strength is not enough, and the salt absorption strength is not enough; if it is greater than 0.5MP for a long time, the operation chance of tank leakage will greatly increase. There must be no negative pressure. If there is a pump behind the tank, it is recommended to add a pressure switch in front of the pump to control the water pump.

What is FRP filter tank?
An FRP filter tank in an RO system is a component that houses the filter media used in the pre-treatment stage.
