Product Introduction

Product Overview

The Complete Reverse Osmosis System is an integrated solution for industrial, commercial, and municipal water purification.
It combines pretreatment, RO filtration, and post-treatment into one compact and automated package.

Each system is designed for reliable performance, even with challenging feed water such as brackish, saline, or industrial wastewater.
It removes TDS, heavy metals, bacteria, organic matter, and micro-pollutants, delivering stable, high-purity water for continuous operation.

Common applications include:

  • Industrial process water
  • Pharmaceutical-grade purified water
  • Beverage and food processing
  • Boiler feed and cooling water
  • Wastewater recycling and desalination

System Composition

The Complete RO System consists of several key modules working seamlessly together:

1️⃣ Pretreatment Unit

Multi-media quartz sand filter (removes turbidity and suspended solids)

Activated carbon filter (removes chlorine and odor)

Water softener (reduces hardness, protects RO membranes)

Optional dosing system (antiscalant, chlorine remover, pH adjuster)

2️⃣ High-Pressure RO Unit

Stainless steel or FRP high-pressure pump (CNP / Grundfos)

RO membranes (DOW / HYDRANAUTICS / Vontron)

Membrane housings (FRP or SS304/316)

Energy recovery and flow balancing design for efficiency

3️⃣ Post-Treatment & Polishing

Ozone or UV sterilizer for final disinfection

Mixed bed ion exchanger or EDI for ultrapure water

Optional remineralization system for drinking applications

4️⃣ Control & Monitoring

PLC or manual panel with alarm indicators

Flow meters, conductivity meters, and pressure gauges

Optional smart automation via Siemens PLC
