Typical RO Processing

Feed Water Pump: Initiates the process by providing pressure to the sand filter, active carbon filter, and softener.

Sand Filter: Eliminates turbidity, suspended solids, organic impurities, and colloids from the water.

Active Carbon Filter: Removes color, free chloride, organic matter, and harmful substances from the water.

Softener: Targets calcium, magnesium, and bicarbonate ions in the source water, reducing water hardness.

Cartridge Filter: Prevents the deposition of large particles, bacteria, and viruses into the RO membrane. It has an accuracy of 5 micrometers, effectively capturing large particulates such as iron, dust, suspended matter, and impurities.

High-Pressure Pump: Applies high pressure (at least 2.0 MPa) to the RO membrane for the filtration process.

RO System: The core component of the water treatment plant, with a desalination rate of up to 99%. Capable of removing over 99% of ions, bacteria, particles, and organic compounds, producing high-quality pure water.
