SS Bag Filter Housings are usually divided into three types in terms of installation methods: Single Bag Clamp Style, Flange Loop Style, and Flange Swing Bolt Style. The following is a detailed explanation of each type:

Single Bag Clamp Style

 

 

  • Structure: The single bag clamp filter consists of a stainless steel bag tube and a clamp. The bag tube is fastened to the upper part of the filter by the clamp to form a sealed connection.
  • Installation method: By loosening the clamp, the filter can be quickly opened and closed, which is convenient for bag tube replacement and maintenance.

Flange Loop Style

 

 

  • Structure: The flange loop filter has a stainless steel bag barrel and a flange connection part.   • Installation method: By loosening the flange bolts, the filter can be opened for bag barrel replacement and cleaning.
  • Scope of application: Suitable for applications with medium flow and high process requirements. Commonly used in liquid processing, chemical, and pharmaceutical fields in industrial production.

 

Flange Swing Bolt Style

 

 

  • Structure: The flange swing bolt filter consists of a stainless steel bag tube, upper and lower flanges, and swing bolts. The bag tube is connected to the upper part of the filter through the upper and lower flanges to form a sealed connection. The swing bolts are used to tighten the flanges.
  • Installation method: By shaking the swing bolts, the filter can be easily opened and closed, and the bag tube can be easily removed for replacement and cleaning.
